1. Where does my package come from?
All our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse or from our international partners – depending on where the product is located.
2. How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is 5–11 business days in total:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 4–8 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
3. How much does shipping cost?
